Streamlined Process : How to Obtain Your Transfer Certificate with Ease

 

Step 1: Visit the Office in Person

 

Step 2: Document Requirements

 

1. Collect the ‘No Dues’ form from the stationary store.

2. Fill in all personal details accurately.

3. Attach the following documents to the application:

  • Completed ‘No Dues’ form
  • Student ID card
  • Photocopies of mark lists of all semester exams

Step 3: ID Card Submission

 

1. Submit the original ID card with the application.

2. If unavailable:

  • Write a request letter addressed to the principal.
  • Pay the applicable fine.
  • Proceed with the application after completing the above steps

Step 4: ‘No Dues’ Clearance

 
  • 1. Obtain ‘No Dues’ clearance from the following departments in the specified order:
    • Lab Technicians
    • Hostel Rector
    • Hostel Mess
    • Sports Instructor (Mr. Jagtap Umesh)
    • Training & Placement Officer(Prof. Taware V.P.)
    • Library (Mr. Wagh V.P.)
    • Office (Mr. Phadtare K.H.)
    • Finally, the Accountant of the SVPM office. Ensure all fields in the ‘No Dues’ form are completed and clearances are obtained from every department before approaching the Accountant of the SVPM office.

    Note: Even students not residing in hostels must obtain clearance from the Hostel Rector and Mess.

    Step 5: Request for Additional Copy of TC for Migration Certificate (Optional):

     

    1. If students require an additional copy of the TC for the purpose of a migration certificate, they must clearly mention this in the application form.

    Note:A migration certificate is necessary if the student is seeking admission to M. Pharm/Ph.D. programs at universities other than Savitribai Phule Pune University.

    Step 6: Approval from the Principal

     

    1. Once all required clearances are obtained, the application is submitted for final approval from the principal.

    2. Ensure the application is complete with all necessary documents attached.

    Note: Approval will not be granted if any dues are pending.

    Step 7: Application Submission

     

    1. Submit the completed TC application to Mrs. Taware R.A. at the office.

    2. Collect the acknowledgement slip upon submission.

    Note: If you complete all steps and submit your application to Mrs. Taware R.A. on or before 3:00 PMon working day, you are likely to receive your TC within one hour, as per our best practices.

    Step 8: Data Verification

     

    1. Carefully verify your TC to ensure the correct spelling of your name, date of birth, and exam details to avoid any future inconvenience.

    2. If the information is accurate, return the acknowledgement slip, sign the student general register, submit the office copy with your signature confirming receipt, and collect your copy of the TC (including a stamped copy for migration certificate purposes, if applicable).

    3. If any discrepancies are found in TC, submit the incorrect copy to Mrs. Taware R.A. and obtain the corrected copy immediately.

    Note: Students applying for a TC are also advised to submit a separate application for the refund of the caution money deposit paid to the college and/or hostel. Please note that a photocopy of the TC is required to process this refund application.
