Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC)
Objectives :
- To evolve transparent mechanism for effective resolution of conflict among students, teachers, and support staff. This will help in preserving conducive environment for learning & thus development of all.
- To establish the Cell incorporating the representatives of teachers, students, and support staff. Also refer guidelines issued by AICTE/University in this regard. Display necessary content of information to all at prominent places.
- Organize guidance sessions about objectives, composition & functions of the cell.
- Maintain necessary documents & call periodic meetings of members as per requirements.
- To record the meetings such as issues discussed & actions taken in this regard. Keep these documents to be verified internally as well as externally during various inspections.
