- To establish a link in between students & parents, Guardian Teacher is nominated to each student who is regularly monitor issues such as attendance, performance, participation in various activities, difficulties & problems etc & offer immediate support to the students.
- To conduct regular meetings with students, monitor performance & attendance, characterize their difficulties, suggest remedies, solve problems & maintain record of all activities.
- To collect & compile information on academic funding assistance provided by University/NGO’s for poor/extraordinary students, for girls, minority students, & share this information with students.
- To advice students on course outcomes, learning outcomes, Course Description, Differential Assignments, Group Assignments, examination pattern, how to improve presentation in theory/practical’s, books for specific topic, journals & other resources available, how to explore human resources of institute, preparation of GPAT & other competitive examinations, significance of self learning, how to get more marks in practical examination etc.
